WOERLE’s Premium Bergkäse made from hay milk is appreciated by cheese lovers for it’s hearty, spicy and piquant taste. High quality GMO-free hay milk supplied daily as well as 6 months of careful ripening guarantee is unmistakable fullness of flavour and fine consistency.

The fine fragrance of cream, citrus fruits, vanilla and almonds suggests both freshness and warmth. The taste also features light caramel, leather and hay interwoven in the compact, mellow cheese. Naturally lactose-free and rich in calcium.
