Our apprentices work directly on the production of our popular Hay milk cheese products From the processing of hay milk to the technological processes that turn the finest milk into genuine cheese. You'll gain experience in both artisanal know-how and cutting-edge technology—a mix that makes your training exciting, practical, and future-proof.
In May 2024, we broke new ground: Together with the well-known influencer Linda Lime (over 1,6 million followers on TikTok), we launched a project to reach young people where they are – online. Linda met with Julia and Moritz and portrayed everyday working life at WOERLE in an entertaining, accessible, and humorous way. The result is a TikTok video that's not only fun but also offers real insights – no technical jargon, just real stories.
Linda speaks the language of young people – and she knows exactly what motivates young people. Whether it's the working atmosphere, future prospects, or fun at work: all of this is part of the video, which shows how exciting an apprenticeship at WOERLE really is.
