Another idea is a veggie burger with ours WOERLE XXL burger slices and a delicious sauce to go with it. Or what do you think of grilled quesadillas, i.e. tortillas filled with Gouda cheese and vegetables. To do this, mix beans, corn, salt, pepper and some soy sauce. Spread the underside of the tortilla with BBQ sauce according to taste, distribute the vegetable mixture in the middle of the bottom, cover with Gouda slices, then put on the tortilla lid and place carefully on the grill.

If you want to gratinate something with cheese, take a Salzburg Emmental slice or an American Toast cheese slice and place it on vegetables or bread just before the end of cooking.
