Bread and cheese - an absolute dream team

Fresh, mild, spicy: each of us has our own cheese preferences. And when it comes to bread? This usually only plays the role of the “companion”. Wonderful combinations are possible, especially with these two foods. We tell you the best.

Aroma research, food pairing, harmony versus contrast - what sounds scientific basically only answers the following question: Which combinations of pleasure go together? So let's take a look at which cheese goes with which bread. But before that, a few facts about the bread consumption of Mr. and Mrs. Austrians:
