Learn, understand, pass on

Since the start of 2019, we have been supporting our flagship project "Biodiversity in Farmers' Hands" with a specially designed ÖKL developed educational program in the form of lectures, seminars and practical workshops to promote awareness of the topic of biodiversity. Very important to us is the transfer of knowledge among each other, learning together and putting it into practice and the motivation to imitate and tell others.

Inspired by the first practical workshops in 2020, some of our milk suppliers got to work this spring to create new life rafts for the local biodiversity on their farms.

We want to show you some great examples.
With the Lohninger family, Jakob can be proud of the reptile hotel he built himself.
At the Brunnerhof a heart beats for the world of birds.
And with the Buttenhauser family, a biotope with flowering meadows is created across generations.
