Introducing: Daniel
Today we introduce you to Daniel Lugstein. The dedicated youth football coach and long-standing employee works in the Schmelzwerk and loves his varied work.
How long have you been working at WOERLE?
Since December 2004.
What tasks are you responsible for and what does your typical daily routine look like?
I work in the cheese factory. This is where I mix the ingredients together, control the fat content and firmness of the cheese, and ensure a perfect end product.
When is a working day perfect for you?
If there are no complications and the consistency of the cheese is just right.
What is exciting about your job?
Because it's so diverse. I travel a lot in production and there is always something new to learn.
What has been your best experience at WOERLE so far?
There were many good experiences there. It's particularly nice, for example, when a new machine is added and you can learn something new.
You work in Henndorf, not far from Wallersee. What makes this area special from your point of view?
The lake makes the workplace special. I like swimming in the lake after work in the summer.
What do you like to do in your free time?
I'm a youth football coach, it takes a lot of time. Otherwise I go mountain biking, hiking and running.
If you had to go to a desert island, what three cheeses would you take with you?
Mondsee, Hay moon cheese and of course a processed cheese like that Salzburg toast slices.
Can you tell us your favorite cheese dish?
Kasnocken with extra Mondseer.
If you could only use one emoji for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A soccer ball ⚽ – matching my hobby.
Your personal #hashtag for WOERLE?
#consistent
Because WOERLE is very committed to sustainability issues with the "WOERLE WORKS CONTINUES" program.
A day without cheese is...
…not a good day.
