Head of Marketing

You are responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy and ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence. Additionally, you will assume overall strategic responsibility for product management and, together with your team, manage the product lifecycle of our product categories.

• Professional and disciplinary management of the Marketing & Product Management team, including target agreements, resource/capacity planning, and employee development.
• Conception and management of the holistic marketing and communication strategy including annual planning across all relevant channels (digital, traditional, content)
• Strategic and operational responsibility for brand management and further development of the brand strategy, including the management of private label brands.
• Responsibility for online presence (including social media) as well as PR and public relations work, including coordination of external communication.
• Selection, briefing and coordination of external service providers and agencies, including quality, deadline and budget control.
• Conception and implementation of employer branding campaigns in close collaboration with human resources management
• Strategic responsibility for product life cycle, innovations, new products and relaunches including market, competitive and trend analyses (e.g. Nielsen figures, shelf analyses) and derivation of measures in coordination with marketing mix and sales.
• Budget responsibility including planning and reporting to management.

• Completed business studies (marketing/product management) and several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in the FMCG/food sector.
• Service-oriented, innovative and results-oriented leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and approach.
• A sense of trends and a love of cheese
