This is what you do with us:
- Process responsibility for the production of our cheese specialties
- Setting the specified chemical product parameters (fat content, pH value, ...)
- Control, monitoring and cleaning of the UHT systems
- Sampling and quality control and recording
- Processing of the specified production orders
- Representation of plant operators if necessary
You bring that with you:
- Completed training (dairy technology, food technology) or comparable training in the food sector such as meat processing, confectionery, bakery, gastronomy, or similar – career changers welcome
- Good technical understanding or the willingness to learn complex machines
- Independent, reliable and forward-looking way of working
- Willingness to work shifts in 3 shifts (05:30 – 13:30 / 13:30 – 21:30 / 21:30 – 05:30)
