• Production of our delicious cheeses in a state-of-the-art environment (natural cheese or cream cheese and crème fraîche)
• Milk acceptance and preparation
• Operation and monitoring of our production and packaging systems
• Documentation in our operating system
• Compliance with our quality and hygiene standards

• Successfully completed vocational training in milk technology, dairy and cheese making
• Independent and reliable way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility
• Enjoyment of dealing with food and passion for cheese and dairy products
• Willingness to work shifts
• Very good knowledge of German in spoken and written
