Mondsee Herb Cookies
Ingredients
| 150 g | WOERLE Mondseer made from hay milk |

| 120 g | cold butter |
| 150 g | spelt flour |
| some | Organic lemon, zest |
| some | Salt |
| some pepper, freshly ground |
| Herbs such as parsley leaves, oregano, mint, basil, thyme | |
Preparation
Put all the ingredients for the dough in a large mixing bowl and mix with the food processor or by hand until fine and crumbly. Then quickly knead the crumbs together to form a smooth dough.
Preheat the oven to 150°C hot air.
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured work surface to a thickness of about 1 cm. Cut out round circles. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Select the herb leaves carefully. Brush the biscuits very lightly with a little water and top with the herbs. Press lightly into the dough with your fingers.
