Cheese and herb pulled bread
Ingredients
| 1 | small loaf of bread |
|---|---|
| 200 g | WOERLE Mondseer |
| 100 g | Butter |
| 4 | gloves of garlic |
| 10 | Sun-dried tomatoes |
| handful | Herbs from the garden or a bunch of parsley |
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C hot air
Melt butter, cut garlic into small pieces and sauté in butter
Finely chop wild herbs
Cut the loaf lengthwise and crosswise
Mix the wild herbs into the melted butter
Cut Mondseer into oblong rectangles
Fill bags with cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
Brush bread with herb-garlic butter
Grate the remaining Mondseer
Put the bread in the oven for about 20 minutes, let it cool briefly and serve
