Mountain cheese and ham omelette

Ingredients

1 shallot
1 garlic
125 g ham
75 g Peas
8 eggs
25 ml whipped cream
150 g WOERLE mountain cheese made from hay milk, diced
olive oil
salt & pepper

Preparation

Step 1:

Cut the shallot into half rings, finely dice the garlic and sauté briefly in olive oil together with the shallot. Cut the ham into thin strips and add to the pan with the peas and sauté.

Step 2:

Whisk eggs with whipped cream, salt and pepper. Add the slightly cooled vegetable and ham mixture and mix.

Step 3:

Pour half of the egg mixture into the lightly oiled pan, spread the diced cheese over it and pour over the remaining egg mixture. Bake covered on low to medium heat, then carefully turn over and lightly fry on the other side.
