Mountain cheese and ham omelette
Ingredients
| 1 | shallot |

| 1 | garlic |
| 125 g | ham |
| 75 g | Peas |
| 8 | eggs |
| 25 ml | whipped cream |
| 150 g | WOERLE mountain cheese made from hay milk, diced |
| olive oil | |
| salt & pepper |
Preparation
Cut the shallot into half rings, finely dice the garlic and sauté briefly in olive oil together with the shallot. Cut the ham into thin strips and add to the pan with the peas and sauté.
Whisk eggs with whipped cream, salt and pepper. Add the slightly cooled vegetable and ham mixture and mix.
