Preparation
Cut the cheese into different shapes (slices, triangles, diamonds, cubes, sticks); thinly slice the cheese (with an asparagus peeler, cheese slicer, cheese wire); form cheese balls with a ball (Parisienne) cutter; cut the corners using a soft cheese knife
Arrange the cheese in a circle on a cheese board and arrange the garnish from the free center
