Crispy cheese nests
Ingredients
| 150 g | WOERLE Gouda |
|---|---|
| 1 | Mixed salad |
| 100 g | cherry tomatoes |
| 4 EL | OIL |
| 1 TL | Vinegar |
| 1 TL | Mustard |
| 1 TL | Honey |
| 100 g | bacon |
| 50 g | pine nuts |
| salt & pepper |
Preparation
Grate the Gouda with a kitchen grater.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Distribute the grated Gouda cheese in 6 circular portions and bake at 5 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for about 200 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool briefly, then place the still-soft cheese portions on the back of a muffin tin to form nests. Let harden.
Mix the dressing with oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Fill the finished cheese nests with salad and top with tomatoes and dressing.
Fry the bacon and pine nuts in a pan and add them on top.
