Piadina filled with summer
Ingredients
| 350 g | all-purpose flour |
|---|---|
| 100 ml | Water |
| 0tsp | baking powder |
| 80 g | lard |
| 10 g | Salt |
| 150 g | WOERLE Mondseer hay milk cheese |
|---|---|
| 1 Pkt. | Fresh cheese made from hay milk |
| Garden vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, leftover grilled vegetables) |
Preparation
Mix the ingredients for the piadina together and knead into a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rest for 60 minutes.
Cut the dough into small pieces, roll out wafer-thin and bake in the pan without fat until golden brown.
Spread cream cheese on one half, top with slices of Mondseer heart and add vegetables to your heart's content.
