Cheesy polenta fries
Ingredients
| 2 Bags | vegetable stock |
|---|---|
| 1 Fees | Polenta |
| 150 g | WOERLE Mondseer hay milk cheese |
| 1 pc. | Butter |
| 100 g | Panko flour or crumbs |
| herbs to taste | |
| olive oil |
Preparation
Bring the vegetable broth to the boil and stir in the polenta until it thickens. Stir in the grated cheese and butter.
Spread out approx. 5 mm on a baking sheet with baking paper. Cooling down. Brush with olive oil and cut into approx. 3 x 7 mm rectangles.
Roll in the breading, drizzle with olive oil and bake at 180 degrees for approx. 20 minutes until golden brown.
