Spinach Cream Cheese Waffles

Ingredients

100 g WOERLE Frischkäse organic hay milk cream cheese with herbs
100 g fresh spinach leaves
100 ml Water
0,5 lemon, juice
3 organic eggs
200 g spelt flour
1 TL cream of tartar baking powder
salt and pepper
some oil for the waffle iron

Preparation

Step 1:

Finely mix or puree the spinach with the water and lemon juice.



Step 2:

Mix the spinach puree with all the other ingredients to form a smooth batter.

Step 3:

Preheat a waffle iron and brush with some oil.




Step 4:

Put the waffle batter in portions in the waffle iron and bake the waffles.

Step 5:

Serve the finished waffles with a dollop of cream cheese, fresh chives, and radishes, if desired.
