Flammkuchen (Alsatian flatbread) Pretzels

Ingredients

100 g Low-fat curd
80 g Emmental cheese (grated)
1 Ei
2 spring onions
3 Brezeln
100 g raw ham cubes

Preparation

Step 1:

Place the quark in a bowl, mix with grated Emmental cheese, the egg, and the sliced ​​spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2:

Place the pretzels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and fill the spaces between them with the quark-cheese mixture.

Step 3:

Then spread the ham on top and sprinkle with some extra cheese.

Step 4:

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until the pretzels are a nice golden brown.

Step 5:

Remove from the oven and let cool briefly – done!
