Grilled Caesar Salad
Ingredients
| 2 | Romaine lettuce hearts |

| 1/2 | Paprika |
| handful | cherry tomatoes |
| 2 | anchovies |

| 2 | gloves of garlic |
| 100 g | grated WOERLE Mondseer |
| 2 | Lemons |
| 2 | egg yolk |
| 2 1/tsp | Dijon mustard |
| 2 1/cups | olive oil |
| Salt | |
| pepper |
Preparation
Preheat grill or grill pan.
Halve the lemons and lettuce hearts and grill for about 2 minutes until lightly roasted.
Mix anchovies, garlic, salt, pepper and grated cheese.
Add the juice of the grilled lemons, egg yolks, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Continue blending at low speed until a creamy sauce forms.
Serve the salad with the dressing, peppers and tomatoes if desired, and some freshly grated cheese.
