Cheese spaetzle raclette
Ingredients
| 500 g | Spaetzle |

| 200 g | WOERLE Emmental |
| Salt | |
| pepper | |
| roasted onions | |
| spring onions |
Preparation
Divide the spaetzle into the raclette pans and season with a little salt and pepper.
Sprinkle with grated Emmental cheese and bake until browned to your liking.
Garnish with fried onions and spring onions, serve and enjoy.
