Crazy oven-baked vegetables
Ingredients
| 150 g | WOERLE mountain cheese |

| 1 | carrot |
| 1 | zucchini |
| 1 | Chinese cabbage |
| 2 | eggs |
| 50 g | bread crumbs |
| Salt | |
| Hot peppers | |
| oregano | |
| garlic powder | |
| Olive oil | |
| fresh parsley |
Preparation
Grate the cheese and wash the vegetables and grate them finely using a kitchen grater or chopper.
Mix the grated vegetables with the eggs and breadcrumbs in a bowl and season to taste.
Spread the mixture flat and evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Drizzle with a little oil and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the vegetables for 20 minutes at 200°C fan oven, arrange on a plate and enjoy.
