WOERLE was honored by the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce as “Excellent Salzburg Training Company 2024 – 2029”.

We at WOERLE are committed to the development of our apprentices and go far beyond the usual. One of the special features of our commitment is the establishment of our own apprentice academy. Here we attach great importance not only to imparting technical know-how, but also to promoting personal and social skills. We actively support the “Apprenticeship with Matura” model and enable our apprentices to gain international experience through internships abroad. To enrich the learning process, we offer exciting workshops and events. We have also set up our own apprentice WhatsApp group to promote exchange and support among our apprentices.

The training of qualified specialists has always had a high priority at WOERLE. Many of our current managers began their careers with us as apprentices.

WOERLE has even been a state-certified training company since 2020, which speaks for the high quality of our training offerings and makes us very proud.

In addition to classic apprenticeship training, we also offer the dual academy, apprenticeships with a high school diploma and interesting internships abroad.

Can I do a try-out day before the apprenticeship?

A:

yes - any time. Just give us a call or send an email to us at lehre@woerle.at. We will then make an appointment together for your taster day in your desired apprenticeship. We know that choosing a career is an important decision and there are so many options! You are also welcome to look at different areas of our company and then decide what you like best.
When is the right time to apply for an apprenticeship?

A:

Now! The earlier you secure your apprenticeship, the better your chances of learning your dream job. Our apprentices usually start their training in September. We accept applications at any time.

I have already graduated from high school. What training opportunities do I have at WOERLE?

A:

The Dual Academy offers training specifically for high school graduates, which we offer in the areas of electrical engineering, metal technology and mechatronics.

Of course, you can also choose from our other apprenticeships and start your apprenticeship after graduating from high school. Under certain conditions, your apprenticeship period will be shortened. We would be happy to discuss any questions you may have with you individually.
