Our whistleblower system
At WOERLE, we value transparency and responsibility. Therefore, our whistleblower system is available to both our employees and potentially affected external partners. This system offers a confidential and anonymous way to report misconduct within the company that falls under the scope of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HSchG). Whistleblowers can register anonymously and communicate via a secure login system. Confidentiality is guaranteed. You will receive immediate confirmation of receipt of your report and a response within three months at the latest. Our commitment is clear: Every report will be taken seriously and handled in accordance with applicable guidelines. WOERLE protects whistleblowers from any retaliation and ensures a fair, transparent investigation. However, we ask that you be careful when preparing reports to avoid false accusations – the principle of the presumption of innocence remains intact.
